Voizzit Information Technology LLC, established in 2021, has developed into a substantial technology organization focused on multiple sectors including IT services, travel, media, and education. While we provide various technology services to multiple clients in the education sector, specific client relationships are governed by confidentiality agreements.
Regarding the September 2023 transaction, the documentation filed with Delaware Bankruptcy Court clearly shows the $100 million loan agreement included strategic conversion rights for Epic and Tangible Play ownership. The subsequent December 2023 assignment to Voizzit was executed through proper legal channels, with all transactions documented through international banking systems
